Prompt 3 is: Whatever happens, I can handle it.
Adapted from Mel Robbins’ “8 Things To Tell Yourself Every Morning” (11 Sept). Grounded in brain science: this prompt shifts your default from dreading what might go wrong, to trusting in your resilience. It activates your Reticular Activating System (RAS) to notice past evidence of times you handled hard or unexpected things — even small ones.
👉 Morning Prompts:
• It is going to be a great day.
• Something cool is going to happen today.
• Whatever happens, I can handle it.
👉 Evening Reflection:
Spend 5 minutes thinking through all three:
• What went well?
• What cool thing showed up?
• What challenge arose and how did I handle it (even a little)?
Your brain is always listening.
