Shoulder Exercises You Need in Your Routine | Part 2
If you're looking for effective exercises for building or sculpting your shoulders, you're in the right place. In this video, we'll go over the second half of my top ten favorite shoulder exercises. These can easily be added to your current routine in place of any shoulder press, lateral raise, etc. These exercises also make a nice workout as listed.
As with the first video, we'll be focusing a bit more on the side or lateral delt, as this head of the shoulder really helps with creating width across the body and making the waist appear smaller.
If it's your first time trying any of these exercises, go very light and focus on form, muscle contraction, and trying to feel the intended area of the muscle working. This makes a huge difference in your progress as you go! It will also help you make other exercises more effective, as the better you're able to contract a muscle, the less volume you'll need in order to make progress!

High incline seated dumbbell press
Y-press
Incline lateral raise
Poliquin raise
Plate press out
