Ranagaon is a small village of Darjeeling located just 4 km of arial distance under the famous Lamahatta Eco-park. Namsewal Cottages & Homestay is the renowned homestay of Ranagaon owned by Mr. Sabin Mukhia, the Head Chef of the Glenburn Tea Estate.
The Homestay is known to be one of the finest homestays in Darjeeling district for is serenity amidst the pure nature. Far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the homestay offers you the beauty of the nature, in full. View of the majestic Kanchenjunga from each cottages, luxurious stay, Intercontinental cuisines, and excellent hospitality – this Homestay is a class of its own. But the most important part is the vast knowledge of Mr. Sabin Mukhia, the owner, which he shares with his guests. He knows every Bird, tree, butterfly of his area which has made him the true ‘Son of the soil’. He often takes his guests to river/jungle treks and makes them acquainted with the nature.
