This is a natural soda - a natural probiotic strawberry lemon SODA that we are calling "bubbly" because of the exquisite champagne like bubbles this fermented beverage produced. So, just in time for Summer! This was one of the easiest and easily the most refreshing ferments I have ever done. I will continue to use this basic recipe and expand the possibilities. Hmmmm we have a series in the making here: Lemon (DONE!), Lemon Ginger, Lemon BLUE BERRY (wouldn't my husband LOVE that). This recipe is easy and only uses 5 simple ingredients: Strawberries, Lemons, Sugar, Starter (store bought Kefir water or other probiotic drink) and WATER. Let it sit for 4 days to ferment, bottle and 2 days later IT'S READY FOR YOU TO ENJOY! I hope you try this - IT IS SO EASY!
