1 tbsp of Cooking Oil
10g of Garlic
100g of Onion
10g of Green Chilli
5g of Coriander
1/2 tbsp of Salt
1/2 tbsp of Pepper
80g of Mozzarella, Swiss or Cheddar Cheese
For the Batter (Pene)
2 Eggs
2 1/2 tbsp of Flour
1/4 Cup of Water
1/4 tsp Salt
100g of Bread Crumbs
