6 tbsp. All purpose Flour
12 oz. Whole Milk
1 tsp. Sea Salt
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
For Sauce:
12 oz. Pasta Sauce Marinara
1/4 tsp. Dried Basal
1/4 tsp. Dried Marjoram
1/4 tsp. Oregano
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1/4 tsp. Sugar
