Life in an Arctic BLIZZARD... in a Van! Polar Shopping - Surviving Extreme Snow Storm Winter Camping

1st Blizzard of 2026 season: Ep 3: I get hit by the first crazy blizzard of the 2026 tour as I cross the Arctic circle. A massive row of blizzard and snow storm weather line up and force me to spend days by the shelter you didnt get to see in the "biggest blizzard of my life" video. I will show you the inside in this episode though! Temperatures are off course sub zero!
The conditions driving to the arctic has been quite extreme and the roads have been a disaster nearly destroying my van despite airing down to 50 PSI.
I have been driving through some heavy snowfall and amazing Christmas card scenery, but I also witnessed some horrible tragedies along the road to the arctic. Some did not survive and I am sad about that reality.
I take you shopping for my arctic supplies at the last big coop obs store before the arctic, as a snow storm starts up in this last frontier town before the Polar Circle, as well as going through some long, long, lonely winter tunnels.
The truck drivers up here are crazy brave, and they fly through the blizzards and snow storms as long as the roads remain open. The blizzards should have closed them down, but they keep driving through shocking and extreme weather!
As I hunker down to ride out the blizzards and snow storm in the arctic it is the main holiday for my American friends, and I make American pancakes in a slightly experimental way as the snow storm is raging outside. Of course there will be the most important meal of the day, coffee as well.
With my new exterior lights on the van I can witness and film the massive snow fall as I cook and make coffee in my cozy vanlife van!
I am now in arctic polar regions, and I am heading into the Polar Night for a dark snow adventure that will last through the darkness and into new light and rebirth of the sun in several months time.
I relax during the outdoor snowstorm in the comfort of my van watching some Trent the Traveler and Cecilia Blomdahl on youtube, two of my new favorites.

Polar nights are approaching as I head further north, but the cold is already real. Keep in mind my videos are all real, very real, there are no "I survived -71°c blizzard camping in a hot tent" or even worse "I survived -80°c on a bike in a snow storm". That stuff is not real, but this IS real, this is my life, my experience, so please dont get fooled by all the recent fake -71°c, -80°c,-65°c videos on Youtube!
