How fit would you be if you exercised with a sword every day? That's what started the themed fitness week at Darebee.com which gave birth to Katana Week.
The answer will be given by your forearms, shoulders, abs and triceps as you use your body's positioning, weight and muscles to power your weapon. Like each of our workouts Katana week took about three months to plan, design, test and refine.
