2004 Kawasaki Concours 1000 front tire change

In this video I change out the front tire on my 2004 Kawasaki Concours 1000. I'm not claiming to be an expert at this, quite the contrary in fact. I'm just a guy trying to save money, and do it myself. I didn't see any videos like this for the Concours 1000, so I figured I would make them myself. I hope it is helpful to others.
I tried to leave all the details I could in the video, and just cut out pointless wrenching and camera alignment, etc. I have included a time index in case you want to reference certain things in the video. Thanks for watching, I'm really new at this so be nice with your criticisms.
