ESQC 2024 - Shine On You Crazy Diamond Performance

At the European Summerschool of Quantum Chemistry 2024, Trond Saue and myself performed the intro of "shine on you crazy diamond" as a welcome to the final party. This is a recording of the performance together with some pretty pictures of the spectacular landscape surrounding Torre Normanna.
For the guitar geeks: the guitar tones were generated with a Quad Cortex running a chain: compressor-Tubescreamer-Hiwatt Model-Chorus-Delay-Reverb. The guitar is a Strandberg Fusion on the neck pickup with tone and volume rolled back.
The recording is the desk recording that was stem split with Logic Pro and only slightly mastered. We had about 20 or 30 minutes total to rehearse this piece before the performance.
