During the battle, due to the effects of a special substance implanted within his body during experimental modifications, ICBW! Sans's appearance and soul began to mutate. The extreme pain and chaotic memories caused by this mutation drove ICBW! Sans to frantically destroy his own body while simultaneously launching a frenzied attack on his enemy. Because ICBW! Sans unconsciously activated his mental corruption ability, the damage he suffered, the pain of the mutation, and the chaotic memories were shared with Kara (1980⁴). Ultimately, Kara (1980⁴) held on until the very end, frantically slashing ICBW! Sans several times, temporarily incapacitating him.

When the humans tried to continue attacking the other Sanses, Insanity*4 blocked their way again. The other Sanses teleported away to find reinforcements. By the time the humans wanted to rewind, they were already exhausted, and the other Sanses could truly unleash their power without Insanity*4. This directly resulted in the humans' resolve not being as strong as Insanity*4's. The rewind button fell into Insanity*4's hands, and the humans were forced to choose Insanity*4 as their target.
Insanity*4, realizing that humans were beginning to feel disgust towards him, began to ZC (Zen/Conquer), making himself even more unbearable for humans to face, causing immense psychological trauma and mental harm. Insanity*4, however, treated this as a game, barely losing any HP. The psychological trauma amplified the psychological impact on humans, and Insanity*4's physical strength was not to be underestimated. All of this was fatal.

HCH! Sans's virus relentlessly ravaged Kara (1980⁴). Ultimately, Kara (1980⁴) held on until the very end, frantically slashing ICBW! Sans multiple times, temporarily incapacitating him. HCH! Sans suffered a severe head injury.
