This 25-minute chair yoga class is a gentle and accessible practice, perfect for anyone who has trouble sitting or kneeling on the floor. Whether you're recovering from an injury, experiencing limited mobility, or simply looking for stretches you can do at your desk, this class is for you!
We’ll start with breathing exercises and seated stretches to release tension in the spine, shoulders, hips, and hamstrings, followed by supported standing postures to build balance and stability. Expect stretches like seated forward folds, pigeon variations, and gentle side bends, plus some light strength-building work for the legs and upper body.
The practice concludes with calming breathwork and mindfulness, leaving you feeling refreshed, aligned, and relaxed. All you need is a sturdy chair and a little space to move. Let’s get started!
