We Bought This House "AS IS" for Only $70,000 | What's Inside?

That's right, we bought this 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house for only $70,000. Now with that being said, it's going to need quite a bit of work including about $30,000 in structural repair. I can't wait to what this house looks like after the rehab. I'll post the before and after video hopefully in about 4 months.
