Mutton pepper curry recipe in malayalam
Mutton pepper curry is a delicious mutton curry that is a great combination with porotta, chappathi, dosa etc. Instead of tomato, I have used curd to prepared this mutton curry. Pepper powder is added to the mutton curry at last which gives this mutton curry the aroma and flavour of pepper.
Mutton - 1 kg
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt
Curry leaves
Masala preparation
Coconut oil
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Green chillies
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Shallots - 1.5 cups/ Onions - 2 nos
Salt
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 2 tsp
Curd - 1 cup
Fennel seeds powder
