2. The first element of learning design is the specific content, such as the proper use of a latch on a plane door.
3. The second element is the story that explains the impact of the content, such as how a failure to properly use the latch can cause delays and inconvenience for passengers.
4. The third element is engagement, where learners are asked to respond to a scenario or question, such as the consequences of failing to properly use the latch.
