Bike rentals for adults and children are available in MIA Park and are located near the carousel.

Guided Kayaking Tour of MIA and the Dhow Harbour
These guided tours offer a different perspective of the iconic MIA building and park from water level.

PaddleFit
PaddleFit combines outdoor functional fitness with stand-up paddle board training (SUP) and kayaking training and techniques.


Park Rules
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

Do not litter. Help keep the park clean by using the appropriate waste receptacles.
Please dress conservatively out of respect for the local culture.
Playgrounds are for children 2-16. Children under the age of 10 must be supervised by an adult.
No bicycles or smoking in the playgrounds.
Swimming, fishing, bbq, pets, open fires or dangerous activities are not permitted.
Smoking in café seating areas is not permitted.
