The story in the video is about 17 year old Patrick from Poland, and his family. Both his parents have very serious health issues and they depend on donations and help from their son.

"My parents are wonderful people, they are my role models and I know how much they have done. I'm afraid of the future but I promised I will never leave them and I will always support them. My parents gave me everything they could, everything they had, I'll pay the same, and I'll dedicate my life to them" - Patrick
