Outdoor AC Unit Not Running, Not Turning On! Top 10 Problems!

In this HVAC Training Video, I show the Troubleshooting of an Outdoor Condensing Unit for Air Conditioning. I go over 10 possible problems that could occur that may not allow the outdoor AC unit to turn on. I use a multimeter to diagnose each problem and show where to take measurements. Supervision is needed by a licensed HVACR Tech while performing tasks as Experience and Apprenticeship garners Wisdom and Safety.
