Free Carolina Rig.
A traditional Carolina rig usually uses an egg sinker or a bullet weight. But in this setup, we use the same type of weight commonly used for a drop shot or a free rig.
That’s why I call this setup the Free Carolina Rig.
It combines the long-leader advantage of a Carolina rig with the natural, snag-resistant movement of a free rig. Simple, flexible, and very effective.
