It's always a good day when I have some new workout equipment to test out and I recently had the opportunity to unbox, assemble, workout on and conduct an in-depth review on the SportsRoyals Pull Up and Dip Station.

As someone who is kind of a pull up bar connoisseur I was excited to work out on this Sports Royals fitness trainer and and see if it truly has the potential to be a top rated power tower.

It took me about 40 minutes to put this sports royals power tower together using the provided nuts, bolts and tools (Allen wrench & crescent wrench). The directions were easy to follow and the unit showed up in very organized packaging.
