Notes:
Before I matrixed the sources I removed the dc offset from the sbd and, as the levels were low, boosted both channels by 8 decibels
Both sources have a cut/cuts in "Sitting In Limbo", I have patched in from the opposite source. I also patched the start of Pig's Boogie (aud source). Other than that, it was also necessary to patch in some crowd sections
