Ghostbusters - Helluva Boss AMV

I knew I wanted to use this song for those episode centred AMV as soon as I saw the title, like c’mon how could I not. And yeah I’ve seen edits since but I haven’t seen anyone use the full song.

Just going to babble here. What a strong episode, I’ve seen a lot of people praise the story and character development and I love that but can we acknowledge how freaking pretty and fluid a lot of the animation is? Like wow! Didn’t know where else to put this so I’m dropping it here. I’m convinced all the shorts happened before Apology Tour. Main reasons:
-In Apology Tour Blitzø has full control of the Asmodean Crystal but had to learn to use it in Mission Antarctica
-Blitzø has been moping around ‘for weeks’ and I don’t think Millie would have been as concerned if he had gone on those missions between the events of Apology Tour and Ghost bleeprs

Glad to see some more focus on Millie and I adore that she did not believe what Rolando was saying for even a second. It really adds to the friendship she has with Blitzø and I’m glad we get to see more of it and how she’s so supportive of him because he believed in her. This episode also gave her some much needed space as a character away from Moxxie.

In terms of Blitzø I’m hoping this episode will stop people from saying Blitzø doesn’t care about anyone other than himself. He clearly feels an immense amount of guilt for the hurt he’s cause, note the word hurt because when he realised Stolas ‘can get hurt’ he started trying to reconcile with Fizz and Barbie. Ugh he’s improving and I live for it.

One final point on the episode I thought his mum’s passing was tragic enough given that Blitzø knew he had accidentally caused it but the vision of it was traumatising and Blitzø’s voice as he relives it is heartbreaking (kudos to Brandon), I don’t think the moment reflected reality exactly but it certainly showed the pain.

In terms of what’s next I only have one upload spot (if that) before we get Mastermind and it’s going to be a step away from the spookies and new episodes. The only issue I’m having is which version of the song to use (feel free to make guesses in the comments).
