We reaffirm our unwavering support for Libya’s sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity, and national unity. Pakistan’s principled position remains anchored in a core conviction: a Libyan-led and Libyan-owned political process is the only viable pathway toward sustainable peace and stability.
At the Security Council briefing and consultations on UN Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), Ambassador Usman Jadoon, Deputy Permanent Representative of Pakistan to the UN, stated that Pakistan remains committed to supporting all efforts that help the Libyan people realize their aspirations for peace, stability, and prosperity.
