Hatching started about two weeks ago in the Snowy Owl (named Kiki) nest. Kiki laid 5 eggs. She had a fourth nestling two days ago, and today pecks appeared in the fifth egg. The oldest is about two weeks old. Female feeds offspring in small pieces. She makes specific sounds when she offers food. You see feeding small owlets close up in great detail.
