Jelly Layer:
35g of Jello (any flavor you like)
100 ml boiling water
100 ml cold water
Mini marshmallows (for decoration)
👉 Dissolve the Jello in boiling water, mix well, then add cold water and stir again.Pour the mixture into a mold, add mini marshmallows on top, and place in the fridge to set.

Sponge Cake Base:
200 g wafers
80 g melted butter
👉 Crush wafers into crumbs, mix with melted butter, and press firmly into the bottom of the mold. Refrigerate again.

Chocolate Mousse:
80 g chocolate
80 ml milk
1 egg
35 g sugar
7 g gelatin
50 g cold water
200 g heavy cream (33–35%)
👉 Mix gelatin with cold water and let it bloom.In a saucepan, heat milk, sugar, and chocolate until smooth.Add the egg and mix well (on low heat).Stir in the melted gelatin, then cool slightly.Whip the cream and gently fold it into the chocolate mixture.Pour over the sponge layer and chill for 3–4 hours until fully set.
