Hopefully this video will help you solve and fix Kia airbag light, SAS lights, horn, and steering wheel buttons not working
NOTE: Though not mentioned in the video, you must disconnect the car's battery negative cable and leave it disconnected for a a couple of hours or more before disconnecting the airbag. Though the plug is designed to prevent inadvertent static discharge, this is a necessary precaution.
Tools needed: Philips heads screwdriver, small flat head screw driver, Torx head T40, Socket size M22
OBD 2 Scanner with 2-way communication SRS and SAS capability. I used the following:

The clockspring part number I used is: 93490-2P400
This apparently works for 2010-2015 kia sorentos
