Laura Chodola:
Laura is the co-founder and CEO of Tealish, a market-leading Canadian specialty tea company founded in 2005. Most recently, she co-founded Elec’trik Kids, a line of all-natural hydration powders made just for kids.
As a beverage innovator and entrepreneur, Laura has developed brands and CPG products sold across North America through leading retailers including Macy’s, Whole Foods, Indigo, Hudson’s Bay, Staples, Avon, Loblaws and more. With proven expertise in plant-based wellness and CPG lifestyle products, her work is recognized for being both trend-forward and culturally resonant. Beyond brand building, she brings over 15 years of leadership experience, guiding teams through all phases of business growth—from startup vision to market expansion.
She is also deeply passionate about mentorship and advocacy for women in business. As a mentor with The Forum and Mentor Walks, she supports female entrepreneurs and emerging leaders, sharing insights from her own entrepreneurial journey and empowering women to grow their confidence, leadership, and impact in business.
Alisha Adams:
Alisha is fed by passion and fuelled by connection. With over a decade in Talent Acquisition, she has transformed careers and lives across industries—and oceans.
Having studied Fashion Merchandising and worked with global apparel brands, Alisha has a strong knowledge of the product lifecycle and retail landscape. She has built extensive talent networks throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. It's this global experience combined with a network built on deep respect that poised her well to co-found Eleven Eleven Talent Collective, an Executive Search Firm.
Alisha is passionate about elevating women in business and entrepreneurship and frequently speaks on these topics. She believes in everyone’s right to design a life they love through awakening their purpose, passion, and career.
Laura Patrick:
Meet Laura Patrick, the driving force behind Kids Physio Group. After beginning her physiotherapist career working closely with school-aged children within the public system, Laura's journey took a turn. Through her work with some incredible young clients, she realized that there was a gap in services that she needed to fill. Her goal? To provide expert pediatric physiotherapy in clinic spaces designed just for kids.
Fueled by this revelation, she embarked on an ambitious journey. And now, nineteen years later, Laura's impact still resonates. She has evolved into a respected business owner and nurturing mentor. Her legacy is felt through 19 clinic locations across 6 provinces in Canada, where she empowers entrepreneurs to enrich their communities, impacting the lives of countless children and families.
