Vegetables don't have to be boring and tasteless. This yummy veggie side dishes will change your (and kiddos’) minds.
Here’re the ingredients for 4 people:
Baby carrots, 1 lbs - https://amzn.to/4pIRCFn

Maple Syrup, ⅛ cup - https://amzn.to/3KKGWFU

Just several steps to uber-licious carrots that kids won’t stop eating…
1/ Melt butter in a heavy bottom pot and coat the inside of the pot with it.
2/ Put in the baby carrots, then stir them well to coat the carrots with butter to avoid them getting burnt easily.
3/ Braise them, covered, till fork-tender, around 20 minutes.
4/ When the carrots are fork-tender, pour in maple syrup, then freshly squeezed lemon juice. Let them cook for another couple of minutes.
5/ Season them with salt, pepper and thyme. Mix well, then you’re done!
My two kids can easily finish one whole pound just two of them. They pop them into their mouths like candies. The only difference is these are much healthier ;p
