explanation:

Tubbo felt like Tommy was belittling his trauma and is just disregarding it. Tubbo finally snapped and lashed out on Tommy for not taking Tubbo's trauma seriously. Tubbo accidentally said that his trauma was worse then Tommy's trauma, and that Tommy forgot all about Tubbo and everything he has done for Tommy. Tommy later on list the trauma Tubbo had endured. Then Tommy later said "You were only 17" implying that Tommy was only 16 and he dealt way more harshier trauma.
