The Engineering on the Coast (EoC) program allows students from South Mississippi, South Alabama, and Louisiana to earn a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial & Systems Engineering — all while staying close to home on the Mississippi Gulf Coast

Complete up to 64 credit hours at your local community college before transferring to the Gautier campus
Attend classes taught by MSU faculty—five full‑time professors on-site, plus live remote instruction from Starkville
Program includes student orgs, tutoring, co‑ops/internships, study abroad, and scholarships .
Co‑ops available through partnerships with companies like Chevron, Mississippi Power, SABIC, and Hol-Mac/Huber
Non-resident tuition waivers for students from select South Alabama counties
Graduate with the same MSU degree as students in Starkville, there's no need to relocate unless you choose to
