We’re excited to announce that EGE has been awarded the complete Electrical & Fire Alarm scopes for both the Medical Office Building (MOB) and Parking Garage on the $410 million Health First Cape Canaveral replacement hospital campus in Merritt Island, FL.

🏢 Medical Office Building (MOB) Our team will provide a turnkey electrical and fire alarm package — including lighting, power distribution, grounding, lightning protection, and rough-ins for all low-voltage systems (nurse call, access control, IT, CCTV, etc.), as well as power for critical medical equipment. We’ll also deliver complete testing, commissioning, and AHCA-compliant systems

🚗 Parking Garage EGE’s scope includes a complete electrical & fire alarm system: switchgear, switchboards, panelboards, feeders, lighting, exit signs, occupancy sensors, grounding, lightning protection, elevator power, and all low-voltage raceways for communications, security, and safety systems Together, these scopes highlight EGE’s expertise in healthcare facilities, complex electrical systems, and parking solutions.
