Last weekend we drove to Germany to dive in an old slate mine called Felicitas. It was operational until 1994, after which they stopped pumping out the water. It then filled up with water automatically and was later re-opened for diving. Result: crystal clear water and a history lesson while floating past the old machinery and through the tunnels. Spectacular!
