I recorded this off cable on 03.04.11 at about 20:01
This was at the time when HD was a new thing, when u had to pay the subscription to use it, and when everyone wanted to show how good it is
which u can actually see if you see the advertisments between the episodes
HD in 2011 was like 4k or 8k is now
and you know what, when I watch this, when I watch the advertisments (at 22:55) (where HD was specifically made to shine) sometimes I still have the wow moment, even if HD is something which is expected nowadays
HD is a norm nowadays (actually FUHD or Full HD is norm), everyone expects u to have it and if u don't you are wierd or behind the time (this goes that far that some channels are labeled HD or 4K but are actually upscaling HD to 4k, so u have no additional details), although HD does have its uses and thats why all the videos that I make theese days are in HD
I could record in 4k, but I have no need to so thats why I don't

but its not in HD, inface all the promos for Discovery HD Showcase I saw are not in HD, and I have no idea why
