Today I’m sharing a delicious Chemmeen Ghee Roast / Prawn Ghee Roast made in Mangalore style with rich spices and pure ghee. This recipe is a perfect blend of Kerala taste and authentic Mangalorean ghee roast masala.
This dry chemmeen roast recipe in Malayalam style is very easy to prepare and tastes amazing with neer dosa, appam, chapati, or rice. I have also included tips to make this recipe using unakka chemmeen (dry prawns) and fresh prawns.
