What if the Tripartite Pact was never signed?

As usual, a simple question leads to an incredible cascade of divergences. What if the British surrendered after Dunkirk suddenly leads to no Tripartite pact being signed, and therefore no global "Axis" as we know of today.

In part 2 of my collaboration with Possible History, I take a deeper look into the exact ramifications of such a pivotal point in history shifting, and witness the unforeseen consequences that such an action would have in the geopolitics of the world, far beyond Germany itself.

Would this (In my opinion) most plausible divergence lead to a scenario where Germany has a chance to still exist? Is that even possible without significantly compromising the identity of Germany in WW2? What would happen in Asia, and what happened to the overseas colonies of the Netherlands and Belgium?

A: I use QBam as a base map with references linked below, create scenes with Photoshop, use the assets in After effects to animate them and add the finishing touches with Premiere Pro!
