What if you wanted to divide a cake into equal halves with your three best friends? What would you do? You would cut the cake into four equal pieces so that you and your three best friends get the share of the cake proportionately. This dividing and sharing objects into equal parts without any leftovers is called as Divisibility.
A divisibility rule helps us quickly determine whether the number can be divided by another number without going through long division method.
