Besides "Opening Night" from January 26 this is the earliest know recording to exist of Elvis' January/February Las Vegas season in 1972. He introduced many great songs just as "American Trilogy", "Never Been To Spain", "Big Hunk O'Love", and others for the first time live on stage.
This show was first released under the title "Aiming High" but with terrible sound. So I re-worked the recording as good as possible and was able to improve it a bit - but it still sounds bad and below average. The source is just too bad. I guess thats the best we can get out of it unless another source surfaces one day.
Anyway, it is a good and entertaining show, as long as you are able to ignore the poor recording quality. Priority has been given to the historical content.
