Keeping RACISM alive to make BILLIONS

This week, I'm reacting to York College of PA professor, Dr. Erec Smith's recent interview with John Stossel. Smith is a Professor of Rhetoric. In their conversation, which can be found on Stossel's YouTube channel, the pair discuss white privilege, race relations, and diversity and inclusion programs/training.
At one time, diversity training was seen as a possible solution to race problems, but now it's become evident that the multi-billion dollar industry is merely a cash grab. Tune in to hear my reaction to the interview, and weigh in on the conversation in the comments section.
