Read description first
To fight Bass, you must have defeated all NetNavis with an S rank. After that, use Double Jumps to reach the upper-right corner of the Den Area 3.
Welcome to your doom. Bass will cut your head off and crush it.
Key Notes:
Boss: Bass
HP: Ungodly; unknown
Offensive: All attacks deal 300 HP / LifeAura (0, 100 HP protection)
Even at full HP, it'll take four hits to eliminate MegaMan.
Bass has an even more annoying aura that will always come up whenever he's instantly damaged by a strong enough chip or after three seconds of nothing have passed. Equip chips with over 100 strength to deal with him, and have Invis chips to make the fight more manageable.
If you want to be cheap, prepare a Z-Cannon P.A. and hack away his absurdly high HP.
After reducing about a tenth of his health bar, the battle will be over, and you'll obtain his chip. He can't be fought in the simulator, though.
