Busting Diabetes myths | Jim Gaffigan | Lack of self-love in diabetics | The Hangry Woman

This is my first one of these, and probably not the last.

Every week I see tons of unchecked diabetes stigma, and frankly, I'm sick of it. So, I'm sharing my commentary, but also explaining how it is harmful to people with diabetes when people stigmatize and generalize our condition incorrectly.

This week features a tweet that says people with diabetes lack self-love, as well as a tweet from Jim Gaffigan about chicken and waffles, and diabetes.
