"Thawb" - Josh Vue Official Lyric Video

This one is for my grandma (pog). "Thawb" means "push" and it's in regards to the chest compressions I had to do for her when she had a heart attack and passed away in our living room. This happened in 2012 and since then I've felt like I've buried a lot of emotions. I had to open up a bit more to write this one. I wrote all of this on the 11th year anniversary of her passing, march 11 2023.
We used to always watch her romantic Hmong dubbed kdramas together. She was a romanticist as she was widowed for at least half of her life since my grandpa passed away very early. It was our favorite pass time activity. The TV was always on in the house and when she was gone, it became quiet. I watched all of her shows with her over and over again. Sometimes I feel a bit weak without my kdrama analyst :') but I'm happy for your peace and would never want you to stay longer than what you had wanted.

When I was a kid I used to fall asleep everywhere but my bed. Sometimes i'd wake up in your arms, carrying me back into our room. I hope that when I pass, you will come back to retrieve me again. I hope i'll get to wake up to a warm welcome from you again.
