In this video I talk about changing the exhaust manifold on the Accord Mk7 2.2 i-cdti. You may experience a strong smell of combustion fumes when you first start the car. Chances are your manifold is cracked due to it being a 2 piece cast. (It may also be leaky injector seal(s) or even a cracked EGR pipe)

Most people seem to be able to tackle this job in 5-7 hours, but I must have had every obstacle in my way. One simple job soon turned into 2-3 hours extra, prolonging this even nightmare further.
