Will Steve Mitchell's Maimeri Blu Set Make Spontaneous Watercolor Easy

Whether you call it Spontaneous Watercolor, Intuitive Painting, or Intuitive Watercolor, there has always been something fascinating about how to do it and do it well. Seems simple right, toss some color at the page and see what comes from it, that is simple until I tried it and all I saw was a muddy mess. I have always loved ‪@mindofwatercolor‬ Steve Mitchell's ability to do this and create magical scenes. So I even took one of his workshops and while my painting was nothing to get excited about, it inspired me not to give up. Steve recently released a curated set of colors with Maimeri Blu for landscape work and I am attempting the spontaneous landscape once again with his colors (linked below) and why not do it live?! What is the worse that happens? It's only a piece of paper!

Recently I have also been enjoying another artist that creates this spontaneous or intuitive watercolors‪@AnastasiaMily‬
If you are not familiar with either artist, I definitely recommend checking them out, their styles are different, but both create amazing work by reacting to what the watercolor is doing on the page.
