Deep Fried Chicken Wings

I’ve smoked chicken wings. Grilled chicken wings. Baked chicken wings. And now, in this video, I’m deep frying chicken wings. This gives them an incredible texture that, when combined with a great sauce, makes for a super tasty appetizer.

Wing Sauce Ingredients

¼ cup BBQ Sauce
3 TBSP Hot Sauce

Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce Ingredients

¼ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Sour Cream
2 TBSP Blue Cheese Crumbles
Kosher Salt To Taste
