Nastar Pisang
200gr margarin atau 150gr margarin + 50gr mentega
50gr gula halus
40gr telur utuh
30gr susu bubuk
30gr maizena
300gr terigu protein rendah
Selai nanas
250gr
Bulatkan, timbang masing2 @3.5gr
Olesan
3 kuning telur
1/4 sdt minyak mentega atau minyak sayur
Campur semua bahan jadi satu, uleni hingga tidak menempel di tangan atau di baskom
Ambil adonan 1 sdt penuh setara 7.5gr, isi dengan selai nanas, bulatkan memanjang
Ambil cetakan silicon pisang, taburi dengan tepung, cetak adonan
Oles adonan dengan bahan olesan tipis tipis saja
Panaskan oven ke suhu 150C atas bawah
Masukkan loyang, matikan api atas, panggang selama 20 menit
Bila warnanya masih belum cantik, matikan api bawah, panggang dengan api atas 150C, tunggu hingga warna yg di inginkan tercapai

Setelah selesai di cetak, langsung panggang dengan api bawah saja suhu 150C selama 20 menit
Setelah dingin oles 1-2x tapi tipis2 saja
Panggang kembali api atas saja, oven tidak perlu di panaskan, suhu 150C selama 15 menit

Banana Nastar
200g margarine or 150g margarine + 50g butter
50g powdered sugar
40g whole eggs
30g powdered milk
30g cornstarch
300g low-protein flour
Pineapple jam

Bowl into balls, weighing each 3.5g each
Glaze
3 egg yolks
1/4 tsp butter or vegetable oil
Mix all ingredients together, knead until the dough doesn't stick to your hands or in a bowl.
Take 1 full tsp of dough, equivalent to 7.5g, fill with pineapple jam, and roll into long balls.
Take a silicone banana mold, dust it with flour, and shape the dough.
Brush the dough with a thin layer of butter.
Preheat oven to 150°C (220°F)
Place in the baking pan, turn off the heat, and bake for 20 minutes.
If the color isn't yet pleasing, turn off the heat and bake at 150°C (220°F) until the desired color is achieved.
Notes
Bake as Video
Once molded, bake immediately over low heat at 150°C for 20 minutes.
Once cooled, spread the mixture once or twice, but only thinly.
Bake again over high heat only; there's no need to preheat the oven. Bake at 150°C for 15 minutes.
