The interaction of equipment module logic with control modules and Phase logic is the fundamental workload in a DCS project. A live example of calling an Equipment module in DeltaV from a Phase with recipe parameters is detailed.
Explaining these principles without live demonstrations can leave an audience in a difficult position especially when their efforts have not been in the development position before. An addition phase for a CIP system is used for the example.
