Sach pass is a high mountain pass in the Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh. Sach pass, 4500 metres above sea level, connects the remote region of Pangi Valley to Chamba. Sach pass is perhaps the toughest mountain pass in India due to its narrow and steep terrain on both sides. This route remains closed for almost half of the year due to heavy snow.
