[Part 2] The Big Rebuild 2023: Analysis of the Original Model

Part two of The Big ReBuild 2023: an overview of the MHI Patient Carrier (2010), including the backstory and plans for improving on the original model.

BACKGROUND
MHI Patient Carrier (2010) was the chosen Creation for The Big ReBuild 2023, as voted for by vistors to SilentMode's display across four events in 2022.
The MHI Patient Carrier was originally designed as part of a novel I was writing at the time, loosely based on experiences at university, where mental health issues played a significant role. The vehicle was designed to be damage proof, while safely and securely transporting a single "patient" and two staff members.

This Creation was one of my first out of my "dark age", and my inexperience is evident in the building techniques used and the overall design.

Just as importantly, the ReBuild of this vehicle is an opportunity to raise awareness of the stigma surrounding mental health issues: something not only unmentioned in general within the LEGO space, but also perpetuated.
