Stuffed Rigatoni.

My first attempt at stuffed rigatoni and it turned out quite well.

Recipe:
-about 1lb rigatoni
-18 oz ricotta cheese
-1cup spinach chopped
-1cup grated parmesan
-1 1/2cup shredded mozzarella
-1 jar marinara sauce
-lemon zest (from 1/2 lemon)
-1 egg
-salt and pepper to taste
-2-3 cloves garlic minced
-crushed red chilli flakes to taste
