For some time I've wanted to try this style of clamp out, but they look a bit intimidating to make. Finally I screwed up my courage but didn't screw up the clamps (well, not that could not be fixed...). To make these there was work both indexing and milling in the 4th axis.
This style of clamp is available commercially, but is larger in size than the ones I've made here.
